We care about your privacy. When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, email, address, and payment info so we can fulfil your order or respond to you. Your information is never shared with third parties, except as needed to complete your transaction (e.g., delivery services or payment processors).
We use Squarespace and Stripe, which are secure, GDPR-compliant platforms.

Due to the nature of my art and personalised work, I do not offer refunds or returns on custom pieces.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll do my best to help or replace it.
For prints or non-custom items, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition. Return postage is your responsibility.

Custom pieces will take longer depending on the complexity — I’ll always keep you updated.
Shipping is via Royal Mail or courier depending on size.
If you’re local to Rossendale and want to collect, message me directly before placing an order.
Delivery times may vary, especially for international orders.

Custom commissions require a non-refundable deposit and full payment before dispatch.
