My Custom Portrait If you’re commissioning a custom pet or people portrait, here’s how it works:

1. Contact & Discuss Your Portrait

Click “Request This” or use the contact form to get in touch. You can also reach me via Facebook, email, or Etsy. The more details you give, the better I can bring your vision to life.

2. Provide a Reference Photo

I’ll need clear, high-quality photos of your subject—natural lighting works best. If you’re not sure which one to use, I can help you choose.

3. Creating Your Portrait

I begin with a sketch to get the proportions and layout right, then build up the layers of detail. I focus on expression, texture, and depth to capture a lifelike feel. This can take several days to a few weeks depending on complexity. I’m happy to share progress updates along the way.

4. Final Review & Adjustments

Once finished, I’ll send a photo of your portrait for approval. Small tweaks can be made if needed—your happiness is my priority!

5. Sealing & Safe Packaging

Each piece is sealed for protection (if painted), and securely packaged in a rigid mailer or box with tracked UK delivery. A certificate of authenticity is also included.

6. Unwrapping & Enjoying Your Art

Once it arrives, I’d love to see it in its new home! Feel free to share and tag me online.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your commission. The remaining balance will be due once the artwork is complete and approved.
